Lead Business Architect

CapabilitySource, a leading provider of both pre-built and custom solutions for improving marketing and sales performance, is seeking a Lead Business Architect with experience improving business process and work management in large organizations. The Lead Business Architect will join a team that has delivered significant benefits for large financial services and insurance firms. These benefits include:

The Lead Business Architect will provide strategic thought leadership, business design and process design to CapabilitySource clients. Serving as a solution expert, evangelist and practitioner, the Lead Business Architect will evaluate the current health of business systems and recommend improvements using CapabilitySources’s enterprise architecture assessment methodology. The Lead Business Architect will serve as a customer relationship manager and guide implementation teams to ensure that CapabilitySource solutions achieve desired business objectives. The Lead Business Architect will actively contribute to each project by developing strategies, program plans, process designs and business requirements. The position will work directly with CapabilitySource Marketing and Sales practice areas. In addition, the Lead Business Architect will oversee the development of the CapabilitySource Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture Practices. This role requires a self-directed, proactive and results oriented leader with the ability to work remotely and independently. We are considering both contract and employment candidates for this position.

  • Evaluate current strategic plans, marketing strategies, sales strategies and service strategies.
  • Evaluate current performance and compare it to plan.
  • Evaluate current marketing, sales and service business functions.
  • Evaluate current people, process, technology and information states of maturity.
  • Facilitate group and individual discovery sessions with business and technology representatives.
  • Analyze assessment findings, develop recommendations and brief executive leadership.

  • 3+ years experience in consulting that includes experience with client co-location.
  • Experience leading strategy development, business process re-engineering, change management, business requirements development and project management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and relationship skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple opportunities, engagements, tasks and deliverables that require prioritization of your personal workload.
  • Competency with industry leading process design methods and tools.
  • Referenceable process improvement and reengineering experience in large organizations.
  • Proven record leading process and work management solutions in large organizations.
  • MS degree or equivalent experience in business, technology and/or consulting.

Workfront Implementation Consultant

CapabilitySource, a leading provider of both pre-built and custom solutions for improving marketing and sales performance, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Workfront Practice. The Senior Consultant will join a team of professionals focused on leveraging CapabilitySource products and services to improve Marketing and Sales performance. The Senior Consultant will join a team that has delivered significant benefits for large financial services and insurance firms. These benefits include:

  • Increased lead capture rates by more than 100%

The Senior Consultant is responsible for working closely with CapabilitySource, Business Architects and clients at all levels, including the C-level. The Senior Consultant will work closely with Workfront Services and Support to design and implement business solutions built on the Workfront SaaS platform. He or she will actively improve pre-built CapabilitySource applications and templates. The Senior Consultant will train, coach and mentor client personnel that use and support both CapabilitySource solutions and the Workfront SaaS Platform. Leadership responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring junior consultants and CapabilitySource staff that are new to the Workfront SaaS Platform. The Senior Consultant will manage implementation standards, best-practices, quality and technical requirements while overseeing and providing support on CapabilitySource products and services.

  • Design, develop and configure Marketing/Sales/Service solutions in the Workfront SaaS Platform.
  • Design, develop and configure Marketing/Sales/Service solutions with CapabilitySource products.
  • Develop and implement system design and technical requirements.
  • Manage best-practices, technical standards and methods.
  • Develop project templates, forms, fields, reports, layouts, queues, configurations, dashboards and other application components in the Workfront SaaS Platform.
  • Oversee and participate in the implementation of all technical project requirements and solution rollouts.
  • Train, mentor and coach client and CapabilitySource personnel on the use of solutions and the Workfront SaaS Platform.
  • Serve as a Marketing/Sales/Service systems Subject Matter Expert.
  • Serve as primary liaison between CapabilitySource clients and Workfront Services and Support.
  • Provide support on existing CapabilitySource products and client solutions.
  • Proven marketing, sales and service systems implementation experience.
  • Natural affinity and enthusiasm for working directly with clients, at any level, including the C-level.
  • Strong business architecture and solution design skills ,with the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.
